Everything you need to know about ordering from NNT Printing.

What do you sell?

We sell original 3D printed pieces that we design and produce entirely in-house. Every product in our shop is an NNT original. We don't resell or distribute anyone else's designs.

Do you accept custom orders?

No. We only sell what's in our shop: designs we created ourselves. We don't print other people's files, take commission work, or produce custom quantities of existing products.

What material are your prints made from?

Most of our prints use high-quality FDM filament (PLA, PETG, or resin depending on the piece). Each product listing specifies the material. We choose the material based on what gives the best result for that specific design.

How long does it take to ship?

Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. Some pieces take longer due to print time or post-processing. If there's an extended lead time, it will be noted in the product listing.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Click 'Buy Now' on any product and you'll be taken to Stripe's hosted checkout page where you can pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

What's your return policy?

If your order arrives damaged or has a print defect, we'll reprint or refund. No questions asked. We don't accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect, since each piece is printed specifically for your order.

Can I request a specific color or size?

No. Our products are sold as listed. Color and size options (where available) are shown on the product page. We don't offer customization beyond what's already offered in the listing.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the US. International shipping is coming soon. Follow us on social media for updates.
